Mary Beth Ingram founded Phone Pro in 1985 and her heart and soul is still a part of our training programs, our unique style, and most certainly our spirit. She continues as an advisor to our growth and development as Leaders in Telephone Skills Training. As a member of the Baby Boomer generation, like many other Boomers, she is working on new and exciting personal directions for the "next chapter" of life — work life, family life, and volunteer life.
