How this works

Our Web Seminars are all in a recorded format, presented by our Phone Pro trainers.  Because they are recorded, you can access them 24/7.  Check out the two minute demo's of each of the Core Four seminars to see how they look and sound!

Visual

• You'll see the Phone Pro Web Seminar on your computer via an Internet connection.  If Macromedia Flash Player isn't already installed on the computer that will be used to view the seminars, it must be downloaded prior to the session.  It is a very quick process, and can be done by clicking on the link on the Core Four page.  After the download is complete, the computer must be restarted before logging in to the web seminar.

 

Audio

• You'll hear our trainer present the seminar through your computer speakers - outboard speakers are best.

Registration

• After Phone Pro receives a registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the registration form.  This email will contain payment details, how to download the handouts, computer and audio requirements, as well as the password to be used to login to the seminar(s).

Passwords

• You may register for as many webinars at a time as you like.  One password will be issued that will be valid for as many webinars as were selected.  For example, if you register for four seminars, you will receive one password that will be good for four uses - what seminars you use them for is entirely up to you!  The password will not expire, so there is no time limit on when they must be used.

Handouts

• It’s a good idea to provide a copy of the handouts for each person that will view the web session.  The handouts can be printed at any time prior to viewing the seminar - even days or weeks ahead.  They will cover the main points of each seminar and have room for each student to take notes.  They can also be posted at their workstation as flashcards that will keep the techniques handy and fresh in their mind!
