We live in a world of constant stimulation!  Our lives are more complicated and busy than ever before.  We are bogged down with pagers, cell phones, email, text messaging - all designed to keep us within arms reach of any new, existing or developing crisis. 

All of this stimulation creates an anxious, stressed society that is over scheduled, over stimulated and subject to many health problems as a result.  Today, 70-90% of doctor visits originate from negative stress.  Many people do strive to live their life in balance - a noble but often unattainable goal - unless you have the skills. 

PHONE PRO's Stress Busters three hour workshop will define stress, take a look at what life events can cause stress, and the ways to manage it.

 

This workshop will benefit anyone that interacts with your customers and fellow staff members.  Basically, it's perfect for everyone that is interested in learning how to effectively manage their personal and professional stress in order to have a more satisfying and productive life.

  • What their current stress level is (based on a test given in class)
  • The importance of proper breathing to reduce stress
  • To examine "the power of choice" and the effect their choices have
  • "At-your-desk" techniques to practice during stressful situations
  • Tools and techniques to identify and manage stress in their personal and professional lives

Step 1:  Stress Busters Workshop

The workshop is three hours and is extremely interactive and fun. There are a lot of group activities and exercises designed to easily guide participants toward recognizing different types of stress and how to handle them.  Expect a lot of fun, laughter and "ah-ha" moments in this workshop!  Larger groups are better, so our ideal class size is 15 people or more. 

Stress Busters can be a stand-alone workshop, or scheduled in conjunction with other training days such as Tele-Service or Tele-Sales.  It's up to you!
