Licensing for Tele-Service & Tele-Sales


If you’d like to have us out every month for training, now you can! Phone Pro’s Train-the-Trainer gives you the advantage of having a certified Phone Pro trainer on the premises at all times. Train-the-Trainer is a good fit if you:

  • Already have trainers on staff
  • Want the Phone Pro courses delivered on a regular basis
  • Have a large employee base or high turnover
  • Have multiple locations, nationally or globally

PHONE PRO’s Train-the-Trainer course is a seven hour program that is part of a one year renewable licensing option to deliver either Tele-Service or Tele-Sales at your company. Delivered onsite at your facility, this course will teach your trainers how to present our programs in keeping with the Phone Pro delivery techniques.



Anyone with the responsibility of training new and existing staff.

We highly recommend that you have experienced trainers learn to deliver the Phone Pro courses.  We can work with less experienced trainers, but unlike courses that teach people how to become trainers, our course is designed for existing trainers that want to deliver a Phone Pro program.

 

What your trainers will learn:


  • How to master the content of the course
  • Development of their own unique delivery style
  • Use of our fun training tools to illustrate important learning points
  • The importance of compiling specific examples from your company to increase training effectiveness
  • How the program fits into your company's overall vision for customer service and/or sales excellence
  • Administrative details related to the license and ordering of student kits and training aids
  • Practice, practice, practice!

 

Putting your Train-the-Trainer program is as simple as 1-2-3...4!

Step 1: Observation/Assessment
The Phone Pro trainer will sit side by side with your staff and listen to live calls. This enables them to deliver the program in your organization's language with relevant examples the staff can easily relate to. This day also includes a consultation with Management to discuss your goals and objectives.

Step 2:  Training Days - Tele-Service or Tele-Sales
Two training days (Tele-Service or Tele-Sales) are needed so that your trainers can first participate as students to learn the material.  Then on the second day they will observe the class from the sidelines and take notes.  Seeing the class facilitated twice by the 'original' Phone Pro's will get them off to the best possible start. 

Step 3: Coach-the-Coach (optional)
Coach-the-Coach is the best way to maximize your training dollars long after your Phone Pro trainer has “left the building”. Your trainers should participate in this day so they are prepared to coach the staff themselves or work with the coaches to create refresher workshops if needed.

Step 4: Train-the-Trainer
This is the day when the Phone Pro trainer spends the entire day with your trainers going through the course.  They'll make sure all course concepts are understood while teaching them how to incorporate story telling, hands-on activities and group exercises so that their future classes are fun and effective.
